I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance of the event, before, during or while leaving any event. I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsoever, to be used by Big Time Softball LLC and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Big Time Softball LLC website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. I grant Big Time Softball LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my Name and Image associated with any Big Time Softball LLC and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. This event isn’t just another workout—it’s a structured, professionally run combine designed to identify standout athletes and give them the verified data and video content they need to get recruited.

Agenda -

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Player Registration and Warm-up

Players arrive and complete registration, including providing necessary information and waivers.
Players have time for warm-up, stretching, and getting acquainted with the event area.

10:00 AM : Intro to the Day

20/40-Yard Dash

Players participate in the 20 & 40-yard dash assessment, where their speed and acceleration are measured.

Hitting Assessment

Players take turns at hitting stations, where exit velocity and hitting mechanics are assessed and players batting skills and power are measured.

Infield and Outfield Assessment

Infield and outfield drills are conducted to evaluate players' fielding skills, including ground balls, pop-ups, and throws.
Players showcase fielding range, accuracy, and arm strength.

Catcher Pop Time Assessment

Catchers participate in pop time assessments to measure their quickness in throwing out baserunners.
Players showcase receiving skills, transfer times, and arm strength.

Pitching Assessment

Pitchers take the mound for assessments of their pitch velocity, accuracy, and command.
Players showcase pitching mechanics and ability to control various pitches.
