I certify that my child is not under the care of a Physician for a head injury nor has sustained a head injury nor demonstrated concussion like symptoms over the past 7 days. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance of the event, before, during or while leaving any event. As a condition of participation in a Big Time Softball LLC event and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event, I hereby give to Big Time Softball LLC, its affiliates, licensees and sponsors, my full and complete permission and consent to use and disclose my name and registered contact information, including home address and telephone number, and my picture, image, video, likeness, actions, voice, or other personally identifiable information (collectively your "Name and Imag"), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images, captured by any means as part of my registration with and/or participation in any Big Time Softball LLC and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event.

I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsoever, to be used by Big Time Softball LLC and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Big Time Softball LLC website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. I grant Big Time Softball LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my Name and Image associated with any Big Time Softball LLC and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. Congratulations - Big Time Softball is inviting you to join the best players in the state of Pennsylvania for this annual event in front of College Coaches from across the state.

You will have the opportunity to work out both offensively and defensively at this event receiveing advanaced metrics powered by FlightScope, Blast Motion and more. Each player will receive a player profile and personalized video coverage of your day

At these events we capture the performance metrics of each prospect to include Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, IO/OF, POP Times, Throwing and 20/40 times.

Additionally, we create essential highlight videos at these gatherings, showcasing the unique skills and abilities of our athletes. These videos are then uploaded to our website, becoming a central hub for subscribers and college coaches eager to scout and recruit promising talent.

This seamless integration of live event data and highlight videos elevates the significance of our events, making them a pivotal stepping stone for aspiring collegiate athletes.

Best In State Video

Big Time Softball events are designed to give players the maximum exposure needed to advance to the next level. Not only will you receive high-level exposure from College Coaches in attendance, and all players at events will be videoed and the edited performance will be hosted on the website.

** PLEASE READ ** All players will receive an online profile with their verified statistics listed from this event, a picture and uploaded video (7-to-10 days post event) from the players performance. Furthermore, the top players will be listed in our statewide player rankings and overall rankings. Big Time Softball events are a must for serious players with goals of playing at the next-level.

Agenda -

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Player Registration and Warm-up

Players arrive and complete registration, including providing necessary information and waivers.
Players have time for warm-up, stretching, and getting acquainted with the event area.

11:00 AM : Intro to the day

20/40-Yard Dash

Players participate in the 20 & 40-yard dash assessment, where their speed and acceleration are measured.

Hitting Assessment

Players take turns at hitting stations, where exit velocity and hitting mechanics are assessed and players batting skills and power are measured.

Infield and Outfield Assessment

Infield and outfield drills are conducted to evaluate players' fielding skills, including ground balls, pop-ups, and throws.
Players showcase fielding range, accuracy, and arm strength.

Catcher Pop Time Assessment

Catchers participate in pop time assessments to measure their quickness in throwing out baserunners.
Players showcase receiving skills, transfer times, and arm strength.

Pitching Assessment

Pitchers take the mound for assessments of their pitch velocity, accuracy, and command.
Players showcase pitching mechanics and ability to control various pitches.
