I certify that my child is not under the care of a Physician for a head injury nor has sustained a head injury nor demonstrated concussion like symptoms over the past 7 days. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance of the event, before, during or while leaving any event. I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsoever, to be used by Big Time Softball LLC and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Big Time Softball LLC website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. Big Time Softball Scout Days are unique in several ways. They serve as an identifier heading into the Summer/Fall travel season, giving our scouts as well as college recruiters, a list of prospects to follow as they plan their Fall coverage.

We also tend to see prospect's best performances in the Summer & Fall, as most athletes are fresh and coming off High School games and training programs that have resulted in big gains, primed for updating their Big Time Softball profile

The 2025 Scout Days are designed for Uncommitted 7th Graders - 12th Graders and serve as the center for player development and recruitment strategy. At these events we capture the performance metrics of each prospect to include Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, IO/OF, POP Times, Throwing and 20/40 times.

Additionally, we create highlight videos at these Events, showcasing the unique skills and abilities of each athlete. These videos are then uploaded to our website, becoming a central hub for subscribers and college coaches eager to scout and recruit promising talent.

This seamless integration of live event data and highlight videos elevates the significance of our events, making them a pivotal stepping stone for aspiring collegiate athletes.

When: June 23rd, 2025 (5 pm - 8:30 pm - approx.)

Event Registration starts 4:30 pm

Where: East Brandywine Community Park, 440 Dilworth Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335

For who: This Event is open to all players and everyone needs to register by June 16th to be included

Registration Closes: 6/16/25 @ noon or when Event is sold out

Cost - $150 per player

Big Time Softball events are designed to give players the maximum exposure needed to advance to the next level. Not only will you receive high-level exposure from college coaches on our website, but all players at events will be videoed and the edited performance will be hosted on the Big Time Softball website and have the potential to be Ranked.

4:30 PM - 4:45 PM: Player Registration & Photos

Players arrive and complete registration. Recieve their Event shirts and Profile Pictures will be taken.
Players have time for warm-up, stretching, and getting acquainted with the event area.

5:00 PM Player Warm ups & Introductions

20/40-Yard Dash

Players participate in the 20 & 40-yard dash assessment, where their speed and acceleration are measured.

Hitting Assessment

Players take turns at hitting stations, where exit velocity and hitting mechanics are assessed.
Players showcase batting skills and power.

Infield and Outfield Assessment & Catcher POP Times

Infield and outfield drills are conducted to evaluate players' fielding skills, including ground balls, pop-ups, and throws.
Players showcase fielding range, accuracy, and arm strength.

Catchers participate in pop time assessments to measure their quickness in throwing out baserunners.
Players showcase receiving skills, transfer times, and arm strength.

Pitching Assessment

Pitchers take the mound for assessments of their pitch velocity, accuracy, and command.
Players showcase pitching mechanics and ability to control various pitches.
