Big Time Softball Scout Days are unique in several ways. They serve as an identifier heading into the Summer/Fall travel season, giving our scouts as well as college recruiters, a list of prospects to follow as they plan their Fall coverage.
We also tend to see prospect's best performances as most athletes are fresh and working through training programs that have resulted in big gains, primed for updating their Big Time Softball profile

The 2025 Scout Days are designed for Uncommitted 8th Graders - 12th Graders and serves as the center for player development and recruitment strategy. At these events we capture the performance metrics of each prospect to include Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, IO/OF, POP Times, Throwing and 20/40 times.
Additionally, we create essential highlight videos at these gatherings, showcasing the unique skills and abilities of our athletes. These videos are then uploaded to our website to each players individual profile pages, becoming a central hub for subscribers and college coaches eager to scout and recruit promising talent.
This seamless integration of live event data and highlight videos elevates the significance of our events, making them a pivotal stepping stone for aspiring collegiate athletes.
