Marketing Representative
Alana is entering her senior year at Albright College, pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She currently plays for the lacrosse team and wrestles for the lions. Combining her background in athletics with a passion for photography, design, and branding, she creates content connecting athletes, coaches, and communities.
Mid-Atlantic Regional Head Scout
Amanda graduated high school from Warwick in 2018. She received three All-State recognitions, four section one all star recognitions, three all league recognitions, and was a two time Carpenter Cup champion for the Lancaster Lebanon League/Berks County team. In her travel ball years, Amanda has helped her team win three USA softball state championships, a Triple Crown National title, along with winning many other tournaments throughout the years. The summer before she went to college, she hit .595 with 15 home runs and kept her ERA under a 1.5. Amanda continued her softball career at Saint Joseph's University where she was a starting pitcher for the team since her freshman year. Amanda received a spot on the all-rookie team her freshman year, a member of the commissioners and SJU athletic directors honor roll all four years, along with leading the Hawks pitching staff in appearance, starts, ERA, wins, and shutouts in 2021.
Marketing Intern
Anna is entering her senior year at Lycoming College, pursuing bachelor’s degrees in Film and Video Arts and Communications and Media Studies. She played soccer for two years and currently competes in cross country for the Warriors. As a student-athlete, Anna creates photo and video content for the Lycoming women’s soccer team and the college’s education department. She also works as film stockroom manager, a tutor, and teacher assistant within the film department. In addition, Anna was selected as Director of Photography for senior film projects and has received the Film and Video Arts Award for the past two years. Anna is thrilled to apply her creative skills and passion to the marketing team at Big Time Softball.
Business Operations Intern
Brenden is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Millersville University, where he is expected to graduate in 2028. During his time at Millersville, Brenden has developed a strong interest in business, marketing, leadership, and communication. A motivated student, he is focused on building his skills through coursework, real-world experience, and involvement on campus. Brenden is excited to bring his hard work, creativity, and business-minded approach to the marketing team at Big Time Softball.
Business Operations Intern
Ellie is entering her junior year at Syracuse University, where she will continue her collegiate softball career as a pitcher for the Orange. Prior to transferring, she competed for two seasons at Mount St. Mary's University, where she played a key role in the pitching staff and helped the program record its best team ERA in both her freshman and sophomore seasons. This summer, Ellie is returning as a Business Operations Intern with Big Time Softball. She is excited to support the organization behind the scenes, contribute to event operations and marketing initiatives, and continue growing her experience in the business side of sports!

Emma graduated in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Elizabethtown College, where she was a swimmer for the Blue Jays. During her time on the team, Emma helped set program records in the 200 and 400 medley relays, while consistently placing as a Landmark Conference Championship finalist. A dedicated student-athlete, Emma spent four years creating photo and video content for the Etown Blue Jays Athletics department. She also managed the social media accounts for both the swim team and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Emma is excited to bring her competitive drive and sports media experience to the marketing team at Big Time Softball.

North-East Regional Head Scout
Samantha (Derr) Snyder was a student-athlete at Kutztown University and Lebanon Valley College. She finished with a record of 99-13 in 4 years and accumulated awards as a Two-Time First Team All-American, Division 2 Pitcher of the Year, 2-Time Regional Pitcher of the Year, and PSAC Pitcher of the Year. Since graduating college, Sam has been giving private pitching lessons, and is also an assistant coach for Warwick High School. Sam currently teaches at Warwick High School and lives in Lititz with her husband, Zach and son, Cameron.

Stefanie Feinstein, a native of West Chester, PA, joined Big Time Softball as a consultant in 2025. She graduated from Hofstra University with her Bachelor’s in Marketing as a four time Academic All-American and a 3x CC Conference Champion in 2010. Upon graduating, she coached at Bryant University during their transition from Division II to Division I as a graduate assistant, receiving her Master’s in Business Administration. After completing her Master’s, Stefanie continued her coaching career as the assistant coach at Johnson & Wales University where she helped lead them to their first two conference championships in school history. In 2017, she moved back to the West Chester area where she began giving softball lessons and four years later, she became the head softball coach at Immaculata University. Stefanie led the Mighty Macs for four seasons before leaving in September 2025 and took on the head varsity job at Henderson High School.
